Death certification of François Jules Collignon, artist painter, died yesterday at Eleven o'clock in morning, at the residence of Louis Jacques Mandé Daguerre his uncle, at age of thirty five years completed, born at Amersford [Amersfoort] (Netherlands), married to Félicie Smith Twenty seven years of age, resident in this parish with her uncle, son of Pierre François Collignon, retired town-commandant, Officer of the Legion of Honour and of Eléonore Amélie Ducastel his wife, resident at Phalsbourg (Meurthe [County])
By the declaration made with us by Louis Jacques Mandé Daguerre, fifty-nine years old, Painter, Officer of the Legion of Honour living at Bry-sur-Marne, uncle of the late deceased, the first witness
and by Louis Alexis Quéru, forty-nine years old, farmer and Deputy Mayor of the commune of the Bry-sur-Marne there resident, friend of the late deceased, second witness.
Certified at the residence according to the law by us Armand Louis Mentienne Mayor and Officer of the civil authority of the parish of Bry-sur-Marne, Sceaux District, Seine County, undersigned
